COMPANY BRAIN
DEPLOYMENT / CHOOSE THE BOUNDARY

Choose the boundary.
Not just the plan.

Company Brain deploys into a customer-controlled environment by default. Self-hosted or managed is a real choice, not a marketing distinction—and neither one is free of cost, just free of per-seat licence rent.

TWO ROUTES

Self-hosted.
Or managed.

Self-hosted

Deployed into infrastructure you provide and control. In the standard configuration, document content and inference stay inside that environment. You control the infrastructure and its cost—compute, storage and ops headcount are yours to run; there is no per-seat licence rent on top.

Managed

Company Brain hosts and operates the environment for you, available as part of the Enterprise route. The same customer-controlled data-boundary discussion applies; the operational burden moves to us.

Neither replaces your own review

Security and procurement requirements are assessed before production go-live either way. See the full deployment scope on the security page before you decide.

NOT A COST CLAIM

We won't tell you
what self-hosting costs.

Self-hosting is not free to you—you pay for compute, storage and the people who run it. What it is free of is per-seat licence rent. Total cost depends on your infrastructure, your scale and your existing ops capacity, so we scope it with you rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most buyers.
