These terms govern use of this website. They do not govern the supply of Company Brain software or services; a signed order form and agreement govern those arrangements.
1. Who we are
Company Brain is a trading name of Kai Swarts, a sole proprietor established in South Africa. Contact and address details are on our Legal Information page.
2. Information, not an offer
Product descriptions, programme scope, rates and comparisons are provided for information. They are an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding arrangement is created only by a signed order form.
3. Published rates
Rates on this site are indicative, exclusive of VAT and similar taxes, and subject to the final signed order form. A rate described as limited by date or number of customers is available only while that condition is met.
4. Illustrative material
Sample evidence packs, worked examples, screenshots and calculators use fictional data. They are not customer data, customer results, a forecast, quotation or assurance opinion. Calculator outputs are arithmetic results from the assumptions entered and are not a promise of savings.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, compliance, actuarial, insurance or other professional advice. References to the EU AI Act, POPIA or other laws are general context. No product makes an organisation compliant with a law on its own; obtain your own advice.
6. Third-party names and comparisons
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Comparative statements reflect public vendor material reviewed on the date stated; they are a product-fit guide, not an exhaustive benchmark. If you are a named vendor and believe a statement is inaccurate, email legal@companybrain.work.
7. Links and intellectual property
External links are provided for convenience and remain under their owners' control. The content, design, text and graphics on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution and print pages for evaluation, but may not republish, resell or systematically copy the site.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted.
